So sorry to hear you still haven't received your prize as I know this hasbeen chased up many times with the pr agency.

and that she will get it chased up again

I had a wem on 6th Sept telling me I had won an I-Pod (from raisingkids).

It took 6 weeks for play.com to deliver a PS3 I won when they initially quoted 3 weeks and sent all other winners out within that time - took a lot of phone calls/emails before I finally got it

Not sure who it was with - could be 'simply picnic' - the bottle cooler i won was delivered, but the super deluxe hamper on wheels hasnt!!! Does sound a great prize, so i do hope it will arrive sometime soon!!!

HI Everyone,

I won an Ipod sometime towards the end of April with More magazine. I only found about the win through a google search of my name (it states in T&C's that i would get an e-mail but never did) anyway i e-mailed a couple of times and got no response.

Finally resorted to phoning them and have done once a month ever since! I kept getting the usual 'we're looking into it, staff have changed etc etc' but today FINALLY the lady told me that she received it from the promo company on Weds and is posting it out today!

Still won't believe it until i see it but it's well worth keeping onto them - especially by phone. It's supposed to arrive tomorrow - I'll keep you posted!

Im still waiting for a couple of prizes...Chq for Real People, Shrek Ball, Computer Security Programe, Bag from Now Magazine, something else, its either suncream or perfume not sure? I will probably wait until the start of next month and then I will start sending out some chasing emails.

I keep a list now, of prizes I've been notified about and cross them off when they arrive so I don't forget as some of them take ages to arrive.

I had trouble getting my Natasha Bedingfield CD, that took several emails and a months of waiting but I got it eventually and when it arrived it was signed so worth the wait. I'm about to chase up the 10 CD's I won (recieved a phone call about those almost 2 months ago but still not received).

Often the dispatch of the prizes is put into the hands of a promotions company and communication seems to break down at that point so you have to keep on at them.

I've been waiting a month for my Osiris shoes, and nearly two months for my case of beer from the Sun. I've emailed a few times but it doesn't seem to do any good but I do at least get emails saying we'll look into it for you.

I'm still waiting for a shrek playball sent an e-mail and they said to e-mail again when promotion had finished and if they had any left they would send one as missing items are not their responsability.
