I did tell you that APCOA are stupid and just follow a paper process until faced with the prospect of losing money at POPLA, then they throw in the towel when faced with a decent appeal (defence)
it wont stop them doing exactly the same , over and over again , at railway sites and airports etc , where the gullible and ill-informed just pay up , yet with a bit of research those same people could find your thread and/or others and use the same templates and pay nothing at all
