How to make a start on reclaiming

Newbie here! I want to jump on the PPI bandwagon but don't have any info but I do know I took out credit cards, loans, catalogues etc over a long period of time. I'm not sure how to make a start, is there a template letter? Help!!

Simply write to the lenders you had PPI with, giving them your reasons for why you were mis sold.

Write to your lenders and ask them if you had PPI. They may or may not still have records, but without any documents from your own archive, it's the only way you can find out.

You can also ring them up and ask if you had PPI.
