Hi
Can someone help here. I have just started and joined the Resolver to claim back PPI. Although I can remember lots of years information I'm struggling to get the information from the company I bought my car from. Now this was back in the mid 90's. I've contacted the car company but I'm getting the run around. Any assistance would be appreciated

Long time before regulation started for car dealers (2005) so they don't even need to look at your complaint if they even had any records left. Would let this one go

Who are you trying to claim back the PPI from? If the dealer sold you the finance & PPI, it's the dealer you should complain to, however if the sale was pre regulation (ie pre 2005) the dealer doesn't have to look at your complaint anyway and can just dismiss your complaint - so you are pretty much on a hiding to nothing.
