As above, it is a delivery confirmation only.
However, if the delivery was 'attempted' that will show when you input the delivery confirmation number.0 -
Just checking the the system used to measure and weigh the packages. Seems its only accurate to 5mm (0.2") some systems are only accurate to 10mm.
I cannot find the tolerance on the weight but if another parcel is within 2inches of yours then it cannot separate them.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
Please be advised that individual parcel size is calculated using a laser measuring instrument which removes the element of doubt if a parcel was to be measured manually by a member of staff.
I've had this sort of nonsense from UPS - from what I can gather 2 parcels stick together/go through together and that superduper laser machine is too useless to realise.
