Civil enforcement on hospital site

I am a nurse and have a parking pass
I like many of my colleagues have had many parking tickets because there has been no where to park so had to park out of spaces
Civil enforcement then ZZPS and now hassellwright are harassing me on a weekly basis as I have many tickets I refuse to pay as I pay £23/month for a pass
I bet I must over over £1000 now with all the tickets and solicitor letters
Any advice would be super , do these companies take to court eekkkk

YES , they do , definitely , without question , its a fact
there is a vast difference between issuing a court claim and actually getting before a judge , CEL often duck out before the court hearing , but never say never0
