  • no idea, but they were an option on the modeo until recently which I think is shocking. try www.parkers.co.uk they have loads of info on specs etc
  • Most stuff has them as standard from the last few years.

We are in the the same situation with our 1st child due in Feb. Having looked around at cars my wife likes we found that Renault and Citroen never had Isofix, we never checked Fords as my Mrs doesn't like them. So we are now in the process of buying her a BMW 1 series as they do come as standard in these.

I have a 52plate 320d Tourer and that has Isofix so it seams BMW have fitted them as standard for a while now.
    I'll get me coat!

We had a citroen picasso back in 2003 and that had ISOFIX - also had a renault Espace and that had them.

Britax website has a list of makes & models fitted with Isofix.

I can't stress how good the Isofix system is. I would never use a conventional seatbelt fitting childseat again.

I would also recommend the Britax car seat, if you've not got one already.

:undecided  Well excuse us for not all having the priveledge of having Kids to answer your question.
  • Seems strange that those friendly guys over at ffoc.co.uk didn't respond to your question about isofix. In my experience they have always gone out of their way to answer queries and problems, in fact some friendly members have even been know to visit other members in their area to help fix problems. Can't beat that for service! :T We all know Mr Lewis loves a freebie! :money:

Must have been a bad day, or maybe you didn't ask the right questions?

If you had done a search for "isofix" on ffoc.co.uk you would have instantly got over 12 results and would surely have had your query answered immediately.
