Payslip query

Firstly apologies if this is in the wrong section, couldn't find a section for salary type queries,

I was wondering if someone could help with a query on my payslip before I ring payroll, (who are nearly impossible to get hold of)

I get a salary of £26363 but recently reduced my house to 36 per week from 37.5 so new yearly salary is £25249, I have a car which I pay for through salary sacrifice through work and payroll made a massive mess of it last year meaning they didn't change my tax code for the first few months, I never used to look at my payslip and so didn't notice until this year I got a letter from HMRC saying I owe1k in tax!!
Anyway my lease of the car has now ended and my last payment is this month, but putting my figures from my payslip into the listentotaxman website gives me totally different amounts for tax but ends up about £80 different to my net pay on my payslip??

Figures on payslip are

basic pay £2104
business miles £92
Lease car -£462
Childcare vouchers -£243

Tax code is 578L

PAYE £280
NI £96
Pension 7.1% £99

Listen to taxman says my tax should be £158??

Sorry if it's blatantly obvious where I am going wrong I am useless with this. Just want to make sure I don't end up owing any more tax than I already do.

Many thanks

It doesn't look right on a M1 basis, my spreadsheet reckons £181 tax, but as tax is cumulative the whole year needs to be taken into consideration and not just this stand alone month.
