UK log cabins

Hi everyone,
I've been looking for a log cabin in the UK (ideally North-West England or North Wales) for May time however they all appear to have a minimum stay requirement.
I was hoping to take my better half away to a cabin with hot tub etc for one night. Could anyone advise of any that don't have a minimum stay requirement?
