Hi

I am in my second year of my IVA and sporadically small amounts of around £4 ish are coming into my account from the above company, I realise they are to do with my insolvency but why are they crediting me back?
I have received no correspondence regarding the credit.

Also could I ask, I have been doing overtime at work for the last 9 months and am wondering if this will effect me when I do my annual review are the likely to increase my payments? I have been making small extra payments as per the 10% rule but the overtime is not guaranteed and my be stopped at any time.

Thanks so much

    Hi Sirens,

The overtime is likely to be discussed at the review and it may mean your payments increase, but it will depend on the amounts. You will need to check the terms and conditions of the IVA, and if you have been overpaying a bit you may have 'cushioned the blow' a bit.

Unfortunately, I cannot offer any explanation for the credits to your account (very strange). My suggest would be to speak to your IP about this. Could it be related to the overpayments you have been making?
