New Claim - Support Required

I am attempting to commence a claim......
I have accessed my credit report via Experian, which details loans / credit cards etc going back to 2013.

Two questions:

How do I gain account number details as these are not included on the credit report? (I have seen the acronym SAR referred to on this site, but unsure what this is and how to use)

I know I had credit agreements pre 2013, how far can I go back? and how do I obtain information of such agreements as I have no paperwork / information other than utilising my credit report.

Any assistance would be appreciated

In some cases you do not need the account numbers, contact the Banks/ Credit card companies, see if they can find you and take it from there.

If you get no joy you will have to do a Sar request. This will cost you £10 for each company, ask for all information they hold on you and give previous addresses. Give them 40 days to respond.

They may be able to find you with a telephone call.
