Viagogo

Hello!

I have asked for help before on selling tickets here;
/showthread.php?t=5605567
tldr; sold tickets on both stubhub and viagogo, on the hook for selling both.

Now that its coming closer and the tickets have been sent out, i have noticed that the tickets i have been sent are different from the receipt i got. On the ticketmaster receipt it says " seat 605-607" Row G1. In the venue there is a Section G Row 1, so i put my tickets on sale for that (i didn't put them up for over the odds, just looking my money returned to a real fan). now that the tickets have been sent out they say standing on them. I looked on ticketmaster and in their FAQs they say that
"Don't worry – we have to give all General Admission tickets a number just so we can keep our systems up to date. It's just an admin thing, so they don't refer to any specific standing or seating location.
The standing information on ticket or booking confirmation will look like this: Row GA0, Seats 1 and 2.
.

So i don't have any of the tickets i have listed but although there is a section G, i listed the row as "g1" which doesn't exist, listed the seats as "605-607" which don't exist either so i was impossible for me to provide these tickets. Do these websites have a duty of care to make sure the tickets can be filled to protect me and the buyer?

What is the best thing for me to do. I emailed both ticketmaster and viagogo and stubhub but no responses.

What a disaster!

    Probably better to continue your previous thread rather than start a new one.

    Did you pay for standing or seats?
  • Thought because it's a different issue this would be a better way. I can't rememeber which I clicked when I bought them as I searched best available. So when I seen the "seat" numbers I was thinking they are the seats and that was the end of it. So I think I've booked standing but the receipt gave me seat numbers and rows which I listed on their site the exact way it was on the receipt as I didn't have the tickets yet so that's all the information I had.
