YORKSHIRE: A YEAR IN THE WILD – ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) The prize comprises a three (3) night stay at Studford Luxury Lodges being offered for six (6) people including the following:
a) Three (3) nights’ stay at Studford Luxury Lodges sharing a 3 bedroom lodge on self-catering basis
b) One (1) 3 course evening meal for six (6) at the Fairfax Arms (no drinks included)
c) Clay shooting experience for six (6)
d) Two (2) days Bicycle hire for six (6)
e) £1000 (total) spending money
2) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the lodges. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the Studford luxury lodges for security deposit purposes.
3) The prize must be taken before 31st May 2018 but cannot be taken on the following dates: 1st May 2017, 29th May 2017, 28th August 2017, or between 15th December 2017 to 3rd January 2018, between 30th March 2018 to 2nd April 2018 or on 1st May 2018. The stay must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by Channel 5. All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within these terms and conditions.
4) Booking is subject to availability.
5) A cheque or bank transfer for the £1000 spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed
6) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Cloud Nine and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred booking date or the prize may be forfeited.
7) Neither Channel 5 nor Cloud Nine will accept responsibility for the hotel or any facilities being unavailable, withdrawn or amended.
8) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
9) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
10) Transport to and from Studford Luxury Lodges is the responsibility of the prize winner.

I had difficulty finding out whether they allowed dogs, so some people may wish to know:-

".....If you require disabled access then please select available dates from lodge 1 and if you wish to bring a dog then select either lodge 4 or 5."
