Is it just me or has the whole Hotmail / Outlook etc email system gone down today.
I cannot access anything at all
According to this the whole thing has come to a standstill

I've just spent the last 5 minutes trying to log in to my outlook email with no success so it's definitely not just you.0

I use the Outlook App. I can read emails but when I click update it stays updating. Hope it's not being hacked.0
