Who is the landowner? Should I send this email?

How do I find out who the landowner is? I spoke to the Aldi store manager and she just said to appeal the charge. I called Aldi customer services and they said they are in cahoots with Parking Eye and not UKPC. The over stay was 20 mins. Their sign does not say who the landowner is. Tomorrow is day 26 and from reading the Newbies thread should send an email (the template in blue) as it was a windscreen charge and also a member of the BPA. I have taken pictures of the entrance sign and the sign from the distance of the car.
Am I correct in just sending the template in blue?

pay the Land Regitsry £3 , they will tell you who the landholder is
as its UKPC , yes use the blue text template on day 260 -
