Sky issue

Hey guys,
I've had an issue with sky today and just want a little advice is possible.
I missed a few payments on my bill and had my services suspended I then received an email offering 100% discount on what I owe to reconnect. I ended up downgrading my package to one sky Q box with broadband and phone for and increased price of 58.99 per month.
I got reconnect instantly and just yesterday my services had stopped working. I have contacted sky today they tell me I am being charged for the full package but for some reason it isn't being provided and they aren't sure why, they also say to get my services back I need to take out a new contract and will have to wait a few weeks to be reconnect.
They also tell me as I'm in a contact I can't cancel is there anything I can or should be doing?
