Problems getting car quote from Rias online

Just tried getting an online quote with Rias but I just get a message 'cannot give you a quote'. Spoke to live chat who said further details may be needed and to phone but that invalidates any cashback. Its a standard Volvo, all details filled in correctly, just bog standard normal details, no convictions or anything like that. Any ideas as they are offering £60 cashback with TCB which I would've like to make use of? I've successfully got online quotes from couple of other online insurers this morning without problem. Did occur to me they are deliberately not giving quotes online as once you phone the cashback is invalid. Anyone else having the same problem?

Try doing a dummy (anonymous) quote direct with them and see if you get a quote returned. If so, then your suspicions are confirmed!0
