Huge praise for Sky

Got home from work at 8.45 pm last night. Changed to Sky Fibre from normal Sky broadband yesterday, i've been with Sky for years. Plugged in new router but no broadband access. I called Sky at about 9pm, they were unable to fix it for me over the phone so arranged a visit from an engineer for me.They sent me a text at 7am to let me know the engineer was on his way, he rang me when he was 5 mins away and he arrived at 8am this morning, all done by 9am !

Fantastic customer service :)
