Refund

Can anyone help. My mother purchased me driving vouchers for Christmas and I have been calling to main number to arrange lessons but no driving instructor ever gets back to me and they won't give out individual instructors numbers. I'm thinking of requesting a refund (even if this is paid back to my mother) so I can go elsewhere but before I do can anyone give me advice incase they say no!!:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

I would call them and tell them that you are finding it difficult and that you need to sorting or you will have to take the matter further.

How you take it further will depend how your mum paid. If she paid via card no issue , simply ask your mum to contact her bank / credit card provider and issue a refund.
Happiness, Health and Wealth in that order please!:A

I'd imagine on the basis of them not completing the service that has been paid for.

It will be hard to get a refund on that basis as the service doesnt have a fixed date, If the lessons had been booked then it might work but the OP states she has vouchers which indicates the lessons are still to be booked. For a refund, you need to be able to confirm that the service wasnt available.
