Sorry yes they would ask MBNA to actually review the claim and not just time barr it out .However I have been told by the MBNA clerk that Plevin defiitely applies to my case., its been flaggd apparently and it will be reviewed in due course anyway but I assume that just for Plevin .
I need to see the template then, why cant they send me that ? they say they cant send me anything0 -

Plevin only applies to rejected complaints. Its not something to get excited about as you only get the excess commission above 50%. ie.. if the commission was 55% of the premium, then you get 5% of the premium returned.I need to see the template then, why cant they send me that ?
