The winning entrant will win a three-night trip for two to Edinburgh. The prize package comprises:- Up to £100 towards travel expenses, courtesy of VisitScotland;
- Three nights accommodation for two in Hotel Indigo Edinburgh on York Place from August 13 to August 16, 2017. Accommodation is based on two people sharing a twin or double room;
- Breakfast for two on each morning of their stay;
- Two tickets to each of the following:
- The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo on Monday 14th August at 9 pm;
- A performance at the Edinburgh International Festival;
- A performance at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe;
- An event at the Edinburgh International Book Festival;
- An exhibition at the Edinburgh Art Festival.
9. The prize is available on the dates stated in Condition 8, above, and must be taken as one package. The Travel allowance will only be reimbursed upon the presentation of invoices/receipts in support of allowable expenditure. The maximum amount of Travel Allowance payable will be at the discretion of VisitScotland, and in any event will not exceed £100. The travel allowance will be claimable within one month following the trip dates.
10. The prize does not include arranged travel, travel insurance, food and drink, personal expenditure or incidental costs, other than where mentioned.
11. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
12. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity on behalf of VisitScotland, Festivals Edinburgh, Hotel Indigo Edinburgh on York Place and the Promoter.
13. Entrants’ data will be used for the purpose of administration of this prize draw and in accordance with the permissions granted or withheld at the point of entry.
14. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
15. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw. Provision of the prize is the responsibility of Festivals Edinburgh (tickets) and Hotel Indigo Edinburgh on York Place on behalf of VisitScotland, which is responsible for providing the travel allowance..please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.0
