Unreasonable Executors

Options
My mum passed away unexpectedly in August last year. Her executors have made my life hell after I questioned them taking a solicitor to my Mum just hours before her death to make amendments to her will after she had told me to tell them not to.

They have done all sorts of nasty things including changing the funeral arrangements. locking us out of the property and demanding we clear a two bedroom place in just 4 hours two weeks before Christmas.

My Mum had purchased a laptop from Very on But Now Pay Later in April. On the interim details from the solicitor it shows the full balance to be paid. However they have already sold this laptop for £100 less than is owed.

Is this legal?

Who are the executors? Who are the benficiaries of the will. How are you related to the executors? Are you a beneficiary?
  • Unfortunately second hand computer equipment won't be worth what was paid for it.....and if bought from a catalogue, then I would imagine the cost would have been more than if purchased in a store
