Our electrifying spring triple bill Bausch / Forsythe / Van Manen opens at Sadler’s Wells next week. To celebrate, we’re giving you the chance to win a pair of tickets to the opening night on Thursday 23 March, 7.30pm.
This bill features pieces by three of the most influential choreographers of the 20th century – William Forsythe’s In the Middle, Somewhat Elevated, Hans van Manen’s Adagio Hammerklavier, and Pina Bausch’s Le Sacre du printemps (The Rite of Spring). Not seen in the UK since 2008, English National Ballet is only the second ballet Company in the world to perform Pina Bausch’s Le Sacre du printemps, with Stravinsky’s riotous score performed live by English National Ballet Philharmonic.
