Great news. I'll be reusing a fair bit of this one myself against Britannia if it goes to POPLA... (currently in the waiting for day 26 phase to appeal NtD)

Sadly I did not read this Forum before sending in my appeal so they now know I am the driver. Am I sunk?

Pointless posting in a dead thread

Everyone is politely asked to read the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread.

Go there now and read up on this then if you have any questions please start your own thread

I have a BP/POPLA appeal in the offing. They sent me an unsigned form alleging parking contravention, I refused to name the driver (not me), they turned down my appeal in a poorly edited and unsigned letter clearly not read before dispatch, and gave me a POPLA code. What makes their NTKs refutable?

I have drafted a POPLA appeal based on winning submissions and would like comment from what another poster described as forum "grandees".

Did you read Quentin’s comments in the post immediately before yours?

    So why do it?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Didn't know it was dead. Assuming you see this, apologies, but I'm a NEWBIE trying to thread my way through lots of... threads, and often get lost. I have posted it on a new thread.
