    I contacted citizens advice about this & was told I should write to them & send it recorded delivery.
    They advised that Viagogo are in breach of contract if they don't put things right.
    Also it may help to ask your bank about a Chargeback if you paid by Debit card.
    Also might be worth noting that Viagogo are a company registered in Switzerland.
  • A very similar thing has happened to me! I found the tickets for an event on the mobile website and they stated they were £60 per ticket. I was asked how many I want I selected 4. It said a sub total of £240 excluding booking fee which usually is around £5-6. I then proceeded to put in my address etc and it asked for my payment details. I then pressed continue which it only ever asked me to press. Never a place order option! I pressed continue and you came up saying the brake down of the payment which was a lot more than I originally thought I did not press continue at this stage. I later found that this statement was shown after the order was completed as in the background it stated an order number. I contacted viagogo and they just kept saying the non return rules and that the site clearly states what you're paying for before paying. It did not do this. My credit card state I need to pay it. The finianical advise said it's not enough to claim with them. I have screen shot the payment process and they said to keep these. I have even gone to buy more to show that it does not state the final cost before putting your card details in. :mad:Dunno what else to do now.
