New default on noddle file - PRA UK?

Hi,
I have just recently checked my credit records as I periodically do and to my horror I have just found a default on my noddle (call credit i believe?) account. I have checked my experian account (through MSE credit club) and this default is not on there.
I have no idea where this has come from and have never heard of the company but after a quick google search and looking at the default record it would appear that they have bought an old 'debt' from 2011. I did use a couple of payday loan companies from around that time but paid them all off.
In my panic I have raised a dispute through noddle but thought i would come here for help. My credit score has always been good and i have no other defaults. The only big change recently is that I now have a mortgage (started sept 2016) but not sure if this is just co-incidence?
Please could someone advise me where to start with this as i am aware how much defaults can affect your ability to get credit and can stay on file for 6 years.
Thanks,
N

wont let me post link but heres what it says on noddle report:
account type: advance against income
account start date: 14/06/2011
repayment frequency: monthly
date of default: 12/08/2011
default balance: £250
then it goes on to show that the default was first placed in jan 2017 on my account, then again on feb 20170 -
It couldn't of been first placed Jan 2017 when it says date of default is 12/08/11 - it's likely just a status marker showing each month the account is still in Default status and not Settled otherwise. That should drop off from Aug/Sep this year as 6 years will have lapsed.
Count yourself lucky you still got your mortgage sorted, couldn't of mattered that much to the mortgage co!0 -
You will be hearing from the debt firm .
Noddle will provide them with your details you used to register your account.I do Contracts, all day every day.0
