We use Milwaukee 18v now for the heavy stuff which is good but expensive. Most of the stuff above is pretty good, Ryobi although DIY rated have a pretty decent reputation. Cordless SDS will probably bust your budget, just go for a combi drill. We tried a lightweight brushless combi recently that would fit your criteria, a mate recommended them from his use then my brother saw it tested in a yachting magazine as best buy.
Its the Erbauer brushless 18v with 2 batteries. Its only 2.ah batts, but brushless they last longer, and with a second battery you won't get caught out. So far been really impressed, it is really light and powerful.

After my poor experience with an Erbauer 1/2" router, I personally would not touch one of their power tools again! However, maybe they've improved!0
