As per my last thread i have received a claim form from County Court Business Centre claiming 1200 queens from me. They have added the Court Fee and Legal representatives costs to the claim.
The next thing I should do is acknowledge the service and ask for the 28 day extension? The papers also say that they will send me the particulars in the next 14 days. Should I maybe wait for this to arrive first? The parkopig also threatened me again today as soon as I parked at work.
Does anyone maybe know a paid service that would help me fight these guys? I am a final year student with a month left to finish my degree so I really don't have the time to be researching the legal lingo... Thanks for the help so far!
