How 'exactly' do I submit queries/corrections on MSE Credit Club/Experian?

I logged into MSE Credit Club and viewed my credit report, which has some things on there that don't make sense to me. I clicked the Corrections and Queries link and it says you can add notes and even gives some tips about how to write them but WHERE do I click? I can't see it. Further down it also mentions "Need more help", but I can't see that either.
Am I going blind? Screenshot via this link, if I've done it right!!
