Following the steps in this feed in my attempt to appeal, it mention email to the CEL yet i cant find an email for CEL? do they mean through the appeal option on their website?

probably, read your PCN or NTK, they tell you on there how to appeal and what they allow for an appeal, be it by royal mail, on their website , or whatever they allow

so READ your paperwork, and only use what they say to use
