Coast to Coast Competition Additional Terms

1) The prize comprises:

1. Standard class return rail travel for two from UK mainland station nearest to the prize winner’s home address to Windermere/Oxenholme unless the winner’s home address in Northern Ireland, in which case, the prize will include return economy class flights and transfers to the hotel;
2. Return private transfers for two between Windermere/Oxenholme train station and the hotel;
3. Two (2) nights’ accommodation for two at The Gilpin, based on the prize winner and their companion sharing a Spa Lodge on a bed and breakfast basis (subject to availability); In the event that the prize winner chooses to check in on a Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the winner will be entitled to an additional nights’ accommodation at The Gilpin.
4. Four-course dinner for two with wine pairings on one evening at the hotel’s restaurant;
5. Spa Lodge experience on one day, including:
   1. 1 x Bespoke aromatherapy massage each in the open-plan lounge/treatment room
   2. A mini gift hamper filled with the following Gilpin Organic Jetty Spa products:
      • Passion Fruit Body Mask
      • Bamboo Body Polish
      • Chamomile Facial Sprits
      • Vitamin E Face Cream
      • Sweet Orange Body Oil
   3. £500 spending money.

2) The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of their congratulations e-mail from Element being sent and at least six weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.
3) The prize must be taken and completed by 15th December 2017. The trip cannot be taken over any UK Bank Holidays ( 1 & 29 May 2017; 28 August 2017), School half term holidays (27 May – 4 June 2017; 21 – 29 October 2017) The prize and its components are subject to availability.
4) Where the prize winner is under 18 years old, he/she must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the prize winner or their companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.
5) The prize excludes transfers between the winner’s home and the train station/airport, drinks, additional meals, excursions, attractions, spa treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, travel insurance and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.
6) The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
7) There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.
8) Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
9) A cheque for the spending money included in the prize will be issued in the prize winner’s name within 14 days of the holiday booking being confirmed.
10) Video footage and images provided by The Gilpin.
11) The Prize Provider of the trip to the Lake District is Element London Limited, 5 Morie Street, London SW18 1SL.
