  • Received £60 charge for parking in local Chinese car park. I was 15 mins and honestly I did not read the parking signs . There is a picture of the car entering and one leaving but not parked. Unsure if I should reply to there letter said the cost will rise to £100 if paid within 14days. I am not the registered keeper but was driving the vehicle.
