Clearscore-recent searches in a former name?

I've just been browsing my Clearscore account and in June 16 and in January 17 there have been searches in my former name. I've been married and changed my name over 21 years ago. The entry says 'search for no search type'
I'm obviously concerned by this - should I be?
Do I need to follow up?

Soft search or hard search?
Reason stated for search?
In what way are you connected to a name which you have not used for 21 years in order for a search made in that name to be connected to you and appear on your credit report?

Who?-The searches were by Barclaycard, Next and Next directory. I havnt got either and havnt tried to. I may have used next a long time ago.

Connection?- I am still at the same address. We bought the house together and then got married.

Type- I can't see any type of search -it just says 'search for no search type'

There's not a lot on my credit report. I've got 1 credit card and an almost finished sofa loan. Nothing outstanding. I just thought it was odd to have recent searches in my old name.
