You can adjust them left and right, rather than try to explain have a look here at the first hinge listed

Yup I know. Left and right is fine, as is up and down. It is in and out that needs adjusting (and can't be) as mentioned in the original post.0

Sorry, misread the post. As you already know there is no adjustment in/out on these hinges. Possibly fitting a thicker seal down the hinge side may be the easiest solution. You would need to pop a piece of the existing seal out and measure it. Or order this and see if any are suitable
