I am looking to buy a new dining table and chairs, I don’t want to spend a fortune but it does need to be nice enough to be the centre piece of an open plan kitchen/diner, also needs to be sturdy enough for daily use.
I’ve been to Ilva, Ikea, John Lewis’, Habitat, etc - but the best deal, for a table and chairs I really like, was from MFI.
So I thought id ask around on here quickly before I bought it, I always had MFI down as being a bit naff? Im not knocking it because ive never bought anything from them, but it has had some bad press in the past.
Has anyone had any good or bad experiences with MFI? Or any of the other Furniture stores I mentioned?
