How many jobs can you have, does anything change the more you have?

Hi there, I currently have 2 part time jobs (one of those is literally an hour a day) and I'm possibly looking to get a third. Only I want to do it correctly, so I was wondering is there a limit on how many jobs you can have. And will it effect NI or tax ? At the moment my two current part time jobs equal to nowhere near the taxable amount and I doubt the third will bring me near it either. However I want to know if anything changes when theres more than one ?
Thanks
Thanks

Tax should sort itself out fairly quickly. Youll need to be wary of NI contributions. If you earn over £112 per week in any of the jobs, dont worry about it. If you dont earn over £112 per week in any job you will need to make voluntary NI payments in order to keep up contributions. If you earn over £827 per week between all 3 employments you might overpay NI, you can claim back any over payments.
The tax part might look complicated but most payrolls will get it corrected soon enough. Good chance youll overpay initially a call to HMRC to explain your circumstances will rectify any problems.0 -
I have 3 jobs. Two of the jobs are under the tax and NI limit and I split my tax allowance across them both.
Enter job number three and it takes me over the earnings limit (just) and the payroll can't figure out how to work out my tax so I'm charged at emergency rate. I can claim it back but it's a pain and I'm out of pocket for some time.
A third job definitely causes tax issues.0 -

It gets complicated if your earnings vary from week to week - do they?Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
I have one full time job and two part times.
Full time takes up my personal allowance and I pay NI.
Two part times are taxed at a flat basic rate (20%) but I do not pay any NI as I do not earn above the threshold.
If you are below the thresholds then you won't pay anything if you split your personal allowance amongst the three jobs. NI pretty much sorts itself out but take note of the above re voluntary contributions to get your qualifying years towards the state pension.0 -
You could have 5 part time jobs if you wanted, whether some employers would allow it is another matter.0
