Once it is past 35 days, chase it again and then complain to the BPA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you - can confirm that I chased again on 14 April (61 days after lodging my initial appeal!) and am still yet to receive a response, so I will give them until next week and then lodge the complaint with the BPA.0

Got a PCN for the exact same retail park in the post today. Car is in my name but my wife drives it, picture clearly shows lady driver. She had overstayed by 16 minutes but was genuinely shopping there.
Haven't appealed it yet but it frustrates me the scare mongering these people do!0
