Cancelling an Insurance Policy

Hi,
I am beginning a new tenancy shortly and as part of the agreement I need Tenants Liability Insurance.
I have been advised on another thread to purchase a policy in order to show the letting agency I have the cover then to cancel during the cooling off period.
I am looking at a certain policy and after scouring the small print/wording documents, there is no mention of any admin fees.
Does this means that they do not exist, or can they still spring heavy fees on me?

I don't know about tenants liability insurance specifically, but I know you can cancel car or home insurance, and even an energy switch, within 14 days without fees.I came into this world with nothing and I've got most of it left.0
