Maturing Santander Monthly Saver

Hi All,

Today my Santander account has matured into a everyday saver and the rate dropped to 0.10% as expected, but no interest has been added.

I have a deja vu of the problems Nationwide had last Christmas when the first batch of maturing accounts had a blip and no interest was added for weeks.

Any one else had this problem?

I am currently on hold to them to find out if it is a known issue.

    I noticed mine was coming to an end and noted they had not sent one email or letter to let me know. (unlike TSB where I had 2 letters)

    I definitely had a letter. Dated 28/02/17, advising my account would change to an Everyday Saver on 15 March 2017. Which is what has happened now. The account number was retained. The letter did not say what would happen to the interest on the old account and as of yet I don't know when I will get it although I live in hope that it will show tomorrow morning.

    Mine matured today also and I contacted them regarding the interest and was told that it was being added today so hopefully will show online tomorrow.

    I found this after I looked to see if it a thread had already started, before I started this one.

    I have commented in the above thread also, but this thread may help as the title explains the issue.

    Yes. Mine matured yesterday (Tuesday) but no interest was added. I decided to wait and see if it was added later in the day and it appeared this morning (Wednesday) without me contacting them.
