I believe the accident repair centre caused some new damage. They disagreed but agreed to fix it as a good will gesture
The repair job they've done is a bodge. They have agreed to pay for me to get it done elsewhere. They will buy the parts and pay the other body shop directly
However they still deny having an impact on their premises. Shpuld I accept their offer or take it to small claims court so I can establish they did cause the damage?
The trouble with them just paying for the repair is that i dont see how I can claim for consequential losses

And here we are at thread number five in this ongoing saga.
How can you establish they did cause the damage?
And why does that matter if they are going to cover the cost of the repair?
It was suggested earlier that the damage may well have been caused before you even bought the vehicle.
Some of the OP's other threads, e.g. this one, are farcical though.0 -
The headlight washer leak was spotted two days after I collected it from the body shop. I'd had the car 5 months before it went it with no leaks.
They did admit damaging the vehicle because there was powder and scratches on the headlight washer cover and bumper when I collected it
They just deny having an impact in it0 -
But why did we need YET ANOTHER thread about the same subject?0

I don't think I explained it very well and rather chop and change it just thought id try again. Not worst crime in the world?0

No, but FIVE threads on the same topic is spamming - and that is against forum rules.0
