Yes and we've said before, if you try to put in a long appeal and it chucks it out as too long, any adjustment to the boxes like that, causes the default to reset to 'driver' again...watch out before submitting it!is set to driver by default!
Yes of course, I encourage ten page long POPLA appeals and you will find examples if you search this forum for 'UKPC POPLA no keeper liability NTK'One question though? Just a quick update on this;
Having complained to the landowner (my employer) the ticket has been canceled! They looked at the pictures and agreed no offence had been committed. Apparently, we're also taking control of our car park away from UKPC and back in house. (There wasn't really any need for enforcement as you can't open the barrier without a pass!).
Thanks to everyone here who offered advice. Hopefully this thread serves useful to anyone in a similar situation!0 -
