    You gave a link which is in effect a quote. My point was that the Supreme court judgement is the one that sets the precendent albeit confirmed the previous ruling. As I have said repeatedly the SC judgement is the cruicial thing. It really gets knowhere trying to pick that judgement to bits.



    Not really. The Supreme Court simply said that DJ Million had not erred in his judgment. Hence, the Court of Appeal had no grounds for interfering.

    The SC judgment was essentially technical, dealing with the process of applying the Act. It didn't make any significant comments on the fundamental question of who is entitled to what under the Act.
    No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
