Not really. The Supreme Court simply said that DJ Million had not erred in his judgment. Hence, the Court of Appeal had no grounds for interfering.
The SC judgment was essentially technical, dealing with the process of applying the Act. It didn't make any significant comments on the fundamental question of who is entitled to what under the Act.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
