I saw an advert about reclaiming ppi on catalogues (Kay's , littlewoods etc)
My mum has had a Kay's catalogue for about 18 years .
How do I go about helping her to find out of she had/has ppi with them and how would we go about claiming it back if she does have it please?
Thankyou.

Ring them up and ask if she has PPI
If yes and you feel it was miss-sold, complain with your complaint reasons and evidence and see what they come back with.
Unfortunately this site has an obsession with using the wrong word (reclaim) which confuses matters as you are not reclaiming, you are complaining and so have to provide reasons and proof, not just ask for the money backSam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.
