seller hasent picked up returns

hi bought a bed online
1/2 of base arrived damaged
contacted seller ...they sent replacement...wrong colour
and they said they would pick up the other bases when delivering
now i got 2 different coloured spare bed bases in my hallway with no sign of a collection.....
they are in the way now as i have no where store them
how long do i wait before taking them to the tip ?

I think that makes you an involuntary bailee of the goods and there is a procedure you need to follow if you want to dispose of the goods with no possible comeback. See the following link:
