    Ooh, this is new for the Portal then. I knew POPLA intended to do this but hadn't seen it yet. Respond to their evidence on the Portal if your words are under 2000 characters, if more than the Portal's limit, then email instead.

    So Im still waiting for a verdict from POPLA on the parking charge but have received 2 letter now from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd (DRP)

    Should I contact APCOA in regards to these's letter asking why I am receiving them even though I am waiting on a verdict from POPLA?

    no , you should contact the BPA by email and complain , including copies of all paperwork , popla code and this DRP letter too
