Hi all, I hope someone can offer some advice. I moved into small house with my partner 18 months ago. The house was clean and cleared of any waste as was the garden. I also had the privalege of inheriting a rusty old barrel filled with liquid.

It is very hard to find someone to take it away as there is so much regulation around toxic loads, I was told mine was filled with red diesal.

In the end we drained off the fluid and farmer had it and then paid the council to take the barrel away.
