Bradford & Bingley Internet Savings - catch?

Hi,

I was looking at the B&B Internet Savings offer and while reading the T&Cs I came across this: -

3.2.2 All deposits and withdrawals are subject to a minimum of £1.00 per transaction. You will be able to transact online provided that there is a cleared credit balance.

Am I missing something or is this as simple as it sounds; each time you transfer money to or from the account it costs at least £1.00? Therefore if you setup a direct debit each month, the account will cost £12 a year.

You can't deposit 73p...nor can you withdraw 92p, for example.Clear?

You must move in or take out at least £1.00 - that is standard with most banks AFAIK.

Ahnd can i just add the online application seems extremely easy and straightforward. Just done mine and no probs at all.:T

Ah, that makes sense. Thanks for clearing that up; it's always worth knowing the T&C's!
