Reclaiming from Lloyds TSB

Hello folks, apologies if the answer to my question already exists on these boards but after much searching, I can't seem to find it.
I have found paperwork thanking me for taking out PPI for a credit card from Lloyds TSB, although I don't actually remember doing so at the time.
If I were to pursue a PPI claim, who would I claim from - Lloyds or TSB?
Any advice gratefully received.
