Rejected from Halifax

Hi i tried to put a claim in for my package bank account fees, i opened an account in 2010 threw a branch and got a current account which i payed £5 a month for the account, i then upgraded online to a reward account so i could get an overdraft, i was granted it an here i am today trying to reclaim it but got told they weren't going to grant my claim as it was done online there for all the terms and agreements were ticked for was he rite cant i claim for it? i did have all the usual things added, phone cover, mobile stuff but never claimed at all, any help would be appreciated thank Maria

    Just because you never claimed doesn't mean you haven't used it.

    I've yet to claim on my life insurance as I am not dead yet. I've had home insurance for 15 yrs and never claimed - am I entitled to all this money back? I pay National Insurance for the last 25 yrs yet barely use the NHS.

    And besides as JonesMUFC pointed out you bought it. Jog on.

    If you upgraded online then no selling occured.
