Ticket advice

Hi,

We are wanting to book tickets for an event and wondered what the difference maybe between the 2 types on sale.
One is an adult ticket for £22.50 the other is a general admission ticket for £55.00.
The event is really for children so we wondered if the Adult ticket allows the same access as the general admission ticket or will it be different?
Has anyone any experience with these kinds of ticket types who may know more as the event organisers are taking forever to reply to our question.

Goodness they don't make it at all clear I can see your issue.

I don't know the act, is Max and Harvey different to Max and Harvey Up Close? Could the Up Close be the difference?

I think you may have to email/facebook/tweet the ticket provider to establish what you get for each ticket.
